This document sets forth the conditions applicable to the provision of services between individuals who wish to obtain a service on this website, hereinafter referred to as “the client,” and EFRÉN CÁNIBE OLVEIRA (hereinafter “ERAISE”). By using this website or requesting services, the client accepts these contracting conditions and our Data Protection Policy, which the client must read and accept prior to contracting our services. These conditions may change. It is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically, since the terms in force at the time of service acquisition will apply. The user acknowledges being aware, at the time of acquiring services, of the specific sales conditions stated in each service description (duration, price, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The acquisition of the service and its confirmation by the user makes them a client and implies full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of the service, which apply exclusively to the order, as well as acceptance of all other legal documents published on the website, including the legal notice and privacy policy.
The services of ERAISE are intended solely for clients with business or professional needs. In particular, the client declares and guarantees that under no circumstances does he/she contract ERAISE’s services as a consumer.
In their capacity as professionals, ERAISE and the Client agree to exclude the obligations set out in Articles 27 and 28 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (the “LSSI”) relating to the provision of certain pre- and post-contractual information (pursuant to Articles 27.2 and 28.3 of the LSSI).
A digital platform specialized in analyzing entrepreneurs’ pitch decks to detect areas for improvement. It also offers personalized support services to entrepreneurs during fundraising rounds in order to facilitate the investment process.

The information shown on the website is accurate and free of typographical errors. Should such an error occur, beyond ERAISE’s control, it will be corrected immediately.
Purchases made by clients are only valid in Spanish.
To formalize the contract, the user may use any of the payment methods offered at the time of ordering. Payment can be made in particular via credit card. Regardless of the chosen payment method, the provided data are handled securely, since the entire process takes place under an SSL secure connection with encrypted data.
All prices are shown in euros by default. The indicated price includes applicable taxes.
8.1. The user is solely responsible for the information provided to use the service, and ERAISE is fully exempt from any liability arising therefrom.
8.2. The user must provide accurate information to ERAISE, which presumes all data entered on the platform, as well as any shared documents, to be true, accurate, and in line with reality. The user declares and guarantees the accuracy and truth of the information provided and is responsible for keeping it updated. ERAISE assumes no liability otherwise.
8.3. If ERAISE becomes aware that a user has provided false information or requested services contrary to the law, morals, or good customs, it will suspend the service for that user, without prejudice to taking legal action or claiming damages. The same applies to content infringing rights of ERAISE or third parties (such as intellectual or industrial property rights, fundamental rights, or any content contrary to the law), which will be removed.
8.4. Access to ERAISE’s services requires user registration, for which certain data will be requested (subject to the platform’s Privacy Policy), enabling the creation of a unique username and password for the user’s private area. The user is solely responsible for its use. The password is strictly personal and must be diligently safeguarded. Sharing it with third parties is prohibited, and the user assumes all consequences of any breach. Users who lose, misplace, or suspect theft of their password must immediately notify ERAISE.
8.5. The user assumes all responsibility for content stored in their private area, and the platform owner is fully exempt from any civil, criminal, or other liability arising from related claims.
9.1. As the website owner, ERAISE is the sole party authorized to define its terms of use and contracting, which are deemed accepted by all users, even when acting on behalf of a third party or entity.
9.2. If ERAISE becomes aware that a user has provided false information or requested services contrary to the law, morals, or good customs, it will suspend the service for that user, without prejudice to legal action or compensation claims. The same applies to infringing content, which will be removed.
9.3. ERAISE reserves the right to temporarily interrupt service provision via the platform when necessary for updates, improvements, or technical repairs. Whenever possible, ERAISE will give prior notice and schedule such work at times causing the least disruption.
9.4. ERAISE may also interrupt service to any user who breaches these Terms.
10.1. ERAISE assumes no responsibility if the user has concealed or omitted relevant information for service provision, whether at the start or during its execution.
10.2. ERAISE is not responsible for errors, service unavailability, access delays, or other anomalies due to the user’s connection issues or the general Internet network, nor for force majeure, unforeseen events, or other contingencies beyond its control.
10.3. ERAISE is not responsible for errors or damages resulting from the user’s incorrect, improper, or inefficient use of the service.
10.4. ERAISE is not liable for consequences of failed communication due to malfunctioning email or other means provided, or due to false contact details.
10.5. ERAISE cannot guarantee uninterrupted server availability; the user accepts possible Internet network issues, equipment failures, server breakdowns, or unforeseeable contingencies beyond ERAISE’s control.
10.6. In no event shall ERAISE be held liable for indirect damages, i.e., those not directly and exclusively resulting from total or partial failure of the service provided (such as commercial harm, loss of profits or clients, brand image damage, or disclosure of confidential information due to system failures or hacking).
All website content, including texts, graphics, photos, logos, icons, images, graphic design, source code, and software, is the exclusive property of ERAISE or, where applicable, third parties holding the rights, and is protected by national and international law. Any use of these intellectual or industrial property elements for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, as is their distribution, modification, alteration, or decompilation. Violation of these rights may constitute a breach of these provisions and a criminal offense under Articles 270 et seq. of the Spanish Penal Code.
Regarding opinions and comments submitted by the user by any means, ERAISE is authorized to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, and otherwise exploit them, for the full legal copyright term, free of charge and without territorial limitation.
Claims relating to possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights over any services of this website should be addressed to: INFO@ERAISE.ES.
Participation channels made available by ERAISE must respect basic rules of coexistence and respect: all users agree not to use such sections for purposes contrary to these Terms and Conditions and accept responsibility for their activity within such services.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (national and international). Specifically, if the user represents a company, they must observe advertising, marketing, privacy, and other self-regulatory codes applicable to their industry. In particular, the following obligations apply:
Service administrators may delete or edit any content or user account that violates these legal terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by ERAISE.
In accordance with data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data provided through our website or via email will be processed by EFRÉN CÁNIBE OLVEIRA, as controller, for the purpose of carrying out requested transactions and sending periodic electronic notifications. Processing is legitimized by the provision of the requested services. For further information about the processing of your data and the described purposes, please consult the privacy policy, which must be read, understood, and accepted in order to use the services of this website.
ERAISE undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and has adopted necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, in line with technological standards.
All users have the right at any time to exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, objection, and data portability by writing to ERAISE at info@eraise.es, providing proof of identity. If you consider it appropriate, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Contracts are deemed executed in Spanish territory. Therefore, any interpretative or litigious issues shall be governed by Spanish law, and in the event of a dispute, both parties agree, waiving any other jurisdiction, to submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia.
